Job Description
Clerical Duties:

Greet clients and distribute mail, phone calls and e-mails
Set up and maintain property files and inventory lists in both hard copy and digital
Monitor office equipment
Maintain all aspects of office for smooth operation on daily basis
Work with Marketing Coordinator on new listings and price changes

Bookkeeping:

One year of experience in bookkeeping required.

Maintain checkbooks and bank accounts
Maintain Income, expense, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounts
Work with CPA to file proper reports for taxes and payroll

Management:

Prepare floor schedule
Assist Broker with budgeting
Assist agents and clients with contracts as needed (requires license)

Relocation:

Maintain relocation database
Assist Broker with equitable and reasonable distribution of referrals
Assist in lead generation
