Job Description:
Work as part of a team in a manufacturing environment having responsibility for assembling an entire product or components of a product.
Prepare product for assembly. Build and test product and identify non-conforming issues. Maintain a safe work environment and good housekeeping by following established safety procedures.
Maintain required quality and production levels. Refer issues and problems to the lead or manager for the area as necessary.

Responsibilities:
Summary: Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Entry level -2 years experience required. Skills and Competencies: Team player and detail oriented. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process. Determine work assignments and procedures. Provide assistance in the production of wiring assemblies.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Skills:
- Ability to stand for 8 - 12 hours
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a repetitive basis
- Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, & squat repeatedly throughout shift
- Exceptional team skills

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
6 months assembly, manufacturing, or production experience
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with power tools is helpful
